Payment

Final payment is required upon delivery of goods or services. In order to keep our prices reasonable and focus on customer service, we do not extend credit. We cannot bill you or your company, nor do we accept purchase orders.

For your convenience we accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and PayPal as well as checks and cash.

Deposits & Pre-Payment

First-time clients may be required to put down a deposit to reserve studio time. Any custom duplication work must be paid in advance. Larger production projects that last longer than one day may require a deposit and progress payments. This will be specified in the contract.

Limitation of Liability

Norwest Communications Inc. provides the information, services and products on this website "as is" without warranties of any kind. You assume the risk for downloading of materials found on or through the Audio Production Workshop website. You are likewise solely responsible for any damages to your computer or data that results.

All express warranties and all implied warranties, including without limitation,  warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement and proprietary rights are hereby disclaimed to the full extent permitted by law..

In no event shall  Norwest Communications Inc., its officers, directors, agents and employees be liable for any loss or injury, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use of any of our products and services. In the event that applicable law prevents the exclusion of liability for certain warranties, such exclusion does not apply to you to the extent limited by law
